This is a discussion list for researchers, teachers and students interested in distance learning or distance education (DE) in developing countries.
Primarily geared towards Dutch or English "independent" learners, those learning on their own who have little to no contact with native speakers or helpers. Questions or discussions concerning language learning, grammar, spelling, or writing are welcome. In addition, anyone who is proficient in both Dutch and English is encouraged to join the group as a helper.
